- Assessment:
- 1st midterm exam (Units 7-9): 07 and 09 October.
- 2nd midterm exam (Units 10-12): 09 and 11 December.
- Assessment of 5 skills:
- Reading (20%)
- Writing (20%)
- Use of English (20%)
- Listening (20%)
- Speaking (20%)
- The final grade is the average of the two exams.
- Minimum passing grade: 80 pts. together with 80% of attendance (=56 hours of class; the maximum number of absences permitted is 11 hours of class; but 5 consecutive absences are cause for dismissal)
